At The Engine Room we are building resilience for a justice-oriented-centered-forward world with care, energy, healthy transformation and communities at the center.
We engage with practitioners, communities, humanitarian organizations, and philanthropic institutions to undertake and advance community-centered research, responsible data governance, security and decision-making, and reimagining healthy digital ecosystems.

Research & Consulting
Through our research and consulting projects, we can support you to assess the opportunities and challenges of using certain technologies, re-think your internal infrastructure and data practices, strengthen your organisational security, adopt the right tools for your needs and more.
Intensive Support
We work with low-resourced organisations across Africa and Latin America over a period of three to six months, offering support on work that has a significant tech and data component. We select partners from organisations that have engaged with our Light-Touch Support.
